Aight, I need to rebuild my street cred after admitting I like a bunch of mom bands who write pop music, so today's SotD is "Scenic" by Ozean:

Firmly in that category of shoegaze tracks with sad sounding music that nevertheless make my heart soar, I missed these guys back in the day (1993 I think) but one night the YouTube algorithm was really delivering and I made sure to rip this one immediately.

@AnarchoNinaWrites Band is worth a listen. Most of the time more pop-ish than actual noiserock but these women fucking rule.
(and yes...all of these ladies are actually a blueprint of the type of women I find attractive today....that's....a coincidence, though.... :D)

@greenWhale I mean I'm not really promoting music out here so much as sharing stuff I like; so that depends on whether or not I like it. If you have a soundcloud or website with your songs on it I'll retweet that to my followers just to help you get your name out there; everyone likes different kinds of music.
But if you want me to share songs and talk about why I like them, I need to hear and well, like them
I dunno what "meditation" music is; I like shoegaze, jangle pop, dreampop, gothic pop
