I doubt they worry much. They seem more worried that they cannot produce enough to meet the raising demand. My energy company are pushing solar and batteries on me, they make more money selling that than electricity.
Individual homes matter so little for their income that it is probably easier for them not to worry about us. They will have plenty of marked to deal with given the raise of energy heavy companies, and transport going more and more electric.

There's also an option to get an already assembled one. Just install it, (optionally) give it your wifi password, and you're good to go.
