My assumption was always that once Trump was elected these fascist leaders would just not talk about mass deportations and immigration visas ever again because the rich nazis who own them don't really want to restrict the labor pool, they just want white supremacists (of which there are a staggering number in America, way more than anyone who doesn't study this realizes) to give them power.
But these muppets are actually trying to have the argument and it's going to blow up in their faces.
@AnarchoNinaWrites the US economic model would absolutely implode without immigrant labor. It is a nonstarter for any aspiring industrialist. The most optimistic fashy tech bros are drunk on AI, but if the bottom line isn't consistently and substantially lower than the status quo then they're SOL, in my estimate.
@AnarchoNinaWrites I for one am super looking forward to the major cascade effect of people frightened of deportation and h5n1, and dismantling the -reporting- of same, so food prices go crazy and nobody can trust food not to get them sick.
Because large groups of frightened hungry, desperate people have never done anything noteworthy.

The fascists could bemoan their "misery" for years to come, which is still waaay more convenient for them than us, having a conversation about wages, working conditions, housing, health care, education, civil rights, military spending, taxation for the super wealthy, you name it...
