here's what I faxed them if you want to copy it: "im sending this letter as a result of my disappointment and disgust at your abuse of a student merely because they happened to be transgender. it is wildly inappropriate for a adult to go into a closed bathroom stall while a child is using it so as to perform fascist violence upon them. we demand that you end the involved staff members employment as a matter of safety. hate will not win. "
